Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing EnCoir Designs. We're a family-operated studio in Clermont, Florida, and every mat we ship is custom-printed to order in our facility. Below is everything you need to know about how your order gets to your door.

Production Time

All mats are made to order. Production takes 1–3 business days from the time your order is placed. Once your mat is printed and packaged, it ships out and you'll receive tracking information by email automatically.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via FedEx by default. UPS is available upon request — just leave a note at checkout or contact us before production begins. For PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, we ship via USPS.

Transit Times from Clermont, FL

Once your order ships, here's what to expect:

• Florida: 1 business day
• Southeast (GA, SC, NC, AL, TN): 1–2 business days
• Mid-Atlantic (VA, MD, DC, DE, PA, NJ): 2 business days
• Northeast (NY, CT, MA): 2–3 business days
• New England & Midwest: 3 business days
• Texas & South Central: 2–3 business days
• Mountain States: 4 business days
• West Coast: 4–5 business days
• Alaska & Hawaii: 3–7 business days

FedEx Home Delivery runs Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx Ground to business addresses runs Monday through Friday.

Shipping Costs

• Coir mats 24×36 and larger: Free shipping within the contiguous US.
• Coir mats 16×24 and 18×30: A flat shipping fee applies. Order two or more and shipping is on us.
• Gray polyester mats, all sizes including 18×30: Free shipping within the contiguous US.

Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses are calculated at checkout.

Rush Orders

Need your mats sooner? We offer rush production and expedited shipping for an additional fee, quoted case by case. Reach out before placing your order so we can confirm timing and provide a quote.

Bulk & B2B Orders

Wholesale, hospitality, property management, and real estate orders qualify for a 10% bulk discount. Contact us directly for volume pricing — we'll take care of you.

Domestic Shipping Only

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not currently available.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Need to update an address or cancel an order? Just reach out anytime before your order ships and we'll take care of it. Once a shipping label is generated, changes are no longer possible.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your label is printed. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us and we'll resend it.
